There are no monthly fees to use Titus. You only pay when you get paid. See the payment processing fees on our pricing page.

There will only be a negative credit impact if the customer does not repay Titus after the due date.

Agents can qualify for 1.5% of the listing price up to $20,000 depending on credit score. Homeowners can qualify up to $20,000 depending on available home equity and credit score. If your business requires higher amounts, contact our sales team.

Pay at close is for residential properties with a signed listing agreement in place: single family homes, condos, townhomes, and 1 to 4 unit properties. Commercial properties, rentals, land, LLC owned properties over $1M and mobile homes are not eligible.
